Eligibility Requirements

Application Process

1. Expression of Interest (EOI): Candidates submit an EOI to the NLPNP.

3. Application Submission: Submit a complete application to the NLPNP.
4. Nomination: If approved, candidates receive a nomination that can be used to apply for permanent residency through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
